Job summary

IBN Technologies Ltd. in Pune is seeking a proactive End-to-End Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills on Naukri and LinkedIn, and excellent communication to negotiate offers and coordinate interviews.

You will post job descriptions, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with HR Operations for onboarding.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
• Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
• Prepare and post job descriptions on portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Schedule interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Conduct salary negotiations and finalize compensation within budget.
• Generate and roll out offer letters and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with HR Operations for onboarding and documentation.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
