• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, location, notice period, and fit.
• Build and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring panels; ensure timely closures.

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist with 24 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to sourcing and hiring candidates across different technology stacks and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The person should be proactive, resourceful, and capable of independently managing multiple requirements while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Looking for Immediate Joiner and candidate who can work from Kochi Infopark, 5 days Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/technical positions, from requirement understanding to onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, notice period, compensation, and overall suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Handle multiple technical requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring panels and ensure smooth interview scheduling.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain strong candidate engagement.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Work closely with the team on offer follow-up, candidate engagement, and joining conversion.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and trackers.
• Stay updated on technology hiring trends, market availability, salary trends, and talent pools.
• Support employer branding and other TA initiatives as required
