We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented recruiters with experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers and clients, and delivering tailored staffing solutions across a variety of roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, internal databases, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate fit, and schedule/co-ordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Partner with clients to understand role requirements, provide regular hiring updates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Extend job offers, handle negotiations, and coordinate the onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and document all recruitment activities.
Monitor industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to inform strategies and advise clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, with exposure to both IT and Non-IT roles.
Solid understanding of various industries and functional roles.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
