Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Delhi. If you are passionate about tech hiring and enjoy working in a fast-paced consultancy environment, we’d love to connect!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across diverse clients and domains
• Understand client requirements and create compelling job descriptions
• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and internal databases
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and provide daily/weekly reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an agency or consultancy setup
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
• Proven expertise in sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
