Location: India (Remote) | Full-time

We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our team as Team Lead or Client Manager – Technical Recruitment. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in startup hiring and a proven ability to lead recruitment teams while managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end technical recruitment processes across various mandates
Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement
Understand client needs and work closely with internal teams to deliver customized recruitment solutions
Hire for mid to leadership roles, particularly within startups and product-based companies
Conduct regular team check-ins, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and support
Stay updated with industry trends and share relevant insights with the team
Contribute to strategy and planning with senior management to support business growth

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical recruitment
Prior experience in startup hiring is essential
