Job summary

The Calcutta Medical Research Institute (CMRI) in Jaipur invites applications for a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles across front office, nursing, paramedical and administrative staff.

You will partner with heads to understand manpower needs, source candidates from portals and colleges, screen for qualifications and culture fit, and coordinate interviews with clinical panels while tracking key metrics and building pipelines for

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in healthcare facilities.
• Strong sourcing skills across portals and college channels.
• Ability to coordinate interviews with clinical panels and scheduling around doctors' timings.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles: Front Office, nurses, paramedical staff and admin/support staff.
• Partner with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and staffing ratios.
• Source candidates through medical job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), nursing/medical colleges, professional associations, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess clinical competency, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with clinical panels (consultants, department heads) and manage scheduling around doctors' OPD/OT timings.
• Track recruitment metrics: TAT, cost per hire, attrition-driven replacements, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical/hard-to-fill roles (ICU/OT nurses, super-specialists).
• Handle bulk hiring for nursing staff, technicians, and support staff, especially during new facility launches or expansions.
• Conduct thorough background verification: medical registrations, prior hospital experience, disciplinary history checks.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives with nursing colleges, medical colleges, and paramedical institutes.
