Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Recruit for positions such as Registered Nurses, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare roles.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and eligibility.
• Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Verify candidate credentials, licenses, certifications, work authorization, and other required documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update ATS regularly.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare recruitment and client-specific requirements.
