Job summary

Inspiration Manpower Consultancy in Bangalore is hiring for a talent acquisition role. The candidate will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, and manage the recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.

Proficiency with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS is required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. The role is based in Bangalore with day shifts and a 6-day workweek, offering exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and employer branding

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or HR
• Experience in sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews
• Ability to manage recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding
• Strong candidate communication and relationship management
• Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS tools
• Boolean search and recruitment techniques knowledge
• High coordination with hiring managers
• Location: Bangalore; Day shift; 6 days a week
• Salary range: 2.5–4.1 LPA CTC with 4.1 LPA on the top end

Job Requirements:

• Graduate / Undergraduate Can Apply
• 0 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS.
• Good understanding of Boolean search and recruitment techniques.
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and understand job requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Key Responsibilities:
