The role requires maintaining recruitment trackers, handling salary discussions and offers, ensuring smooth onboarding, and aligning with company policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Good understanding of recruitment procedures and HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and recruitment portals.
