Job summary

Blue5Green, Inc. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist HR & Admin Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and office administration in a fast-paced environment.

You will source IT/tech candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage onboarding, and maintain recruitment trackers and pipelines while fostering employee engagement and cost optimization. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills are essential; experience with Zoho

Qualifications

• Should have 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR & Administration.
• Strong experience in end-to-end IT/technical recruitment.
• Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and web applications.
• Zoho Recruit experience is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for technical/IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Track interview feedback and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Handle CTC/notice-period discussions and support offer and onboarding processes.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and talent pipelines.
• Achieve weekly/monthly recruitment and sourcing targets.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, HR requests, and exit formalities.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees and support a positive workplace culture.
• Organize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
• Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors, negotiate quotations, and manage purchases with cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical/IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Maintain office supplies including T-shirts, stationery, ID cards, and other employee requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Should have 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR & Administration.
