Intelliserve Konsulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruiting for our Consulting India team in Gurugram. You will drive candidate sourcing and manage the end-to-end interview process for high-priority roles, applying a strategic search-consulting approach.

You will build pipelines, engage with hiring managers, and negotiate offers while maintaining a fast-paced, results-driven environment. 3–5 years of experience in professional services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/graduate degree desirable.
• 3–5 years of structured candidate recruiting experience in MNC or professional services.
• Proven ability to identify, attract and manage top talent.
• Experience building peer-like relationships with stakeholders for client service and delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities with strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires in consulting.
• Source candidates actively and passively; build candidate pipelines.
• Conduct interviews, assess skill levels, and drive offers including salary negotiation.
• Map the market across relevant companies, sectors, geographies.
• Network through industry contacts, associations and external search partners.

What You'll Do

To meet our high growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruiting activities for the Consulting India team. Talent is a core strategic priority in our growth objectives, and we are looking for exceptional recruiters with a professional search-consulting background to step-change our approach to Consulting hiring. This individual will be part of the Consulting India Recruitment team and should bring to the role creative thinking, ingenuity, drive, and problem-solving. This person will be responsible for driving candidate sourcing, end-to-end interview process management from inception through to completion across several high-priority roles and topics.

• Responsible for the recruitment process for experienced hire in Accountable for hiring required numbers within TAT.


• Sourcing support for executive profiles and must have a strong understanding of consulting


• Find innovative ways to create candidate pipeline.


• Ability to hustle and work in face paced environment


• Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process, and drive offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations & negotiations, and closing


• Market mapping of relevant companies, sectors, geographies, identifying target organizations, networks and talent pools


• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees


• Research and recommend creative ways to source active and passive


• Source passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing and occasionally working with external search


• Utilize contacts within applicable industries to find qualified passive


• Communicate with hiring managers and HR regularly

What You'll Bring

• Strong academic credentials: Bachelor’ degree is required, an MBA or other relevant graduate degree is desirable.


• 3-5 years of experience with structured candidate recruiting experience gained in a leading MNC or professional services environment, including a proven history of identifying, attracting, and managing top talent from industry.


• Experience building peer-like relationships with stakeholders through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery.Experience managing multiple searches and competing demands through strong project management and prioritization


• Ability to maintain a sophisticated targeted network to leverage for search while building meaningful genuine long term appropriate relationships with potential candidates and contacts of value


• Able to build deep knowledge and insight on candidate pools in complex sector/functional
