Studiokon Ventures Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram invites a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

You will own end-to-end hiring for interior, furniture, and related roles, manage sourcing strategies, and close positions within tight timelines in a fast-paced interior fit-out environment. The role requires 2+ years in TA, strong communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in interiors, construction, or allied industries).
• Ability to manage multiple roles at the same time.
• Hands-on with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong follow-up and closure mindset.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end recruitment for roles across interior, furniture, graphic, site execution, and project management.
• Sourcing and talent mapping; build pipelines and conduct market mapping for salary benchmarking.
• Screening and evaluation; coordinate and structure interview processes with hiring managers.
• Stakeholder management; provide regular updates on pipeline and closures; manage candidate experience.
• Offer management and closure; negotiate salary and ensure smooth joining and pre-boarding.
• Data tracking and process optimization; monitor pipeline, TAT, and conversion ratios; support employer branding.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Gurugram

Work Schedule: Mon- Sat (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our hiring engine across non-technical & technical role. This role demands strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines in a fast-paced interior fit-out environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across:
• Design (Interior, Furniture, Graphic)
• Site Execution & Project Management
• Business Development & Corporate Functions
• Understand role requirements and align sourcing strategy accordingly
• Ensure quality pipeline and timely closures

2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals, references, and niche platforms
• Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
• Conduct market mapping for competitor hiring and salary benchmarking

3. Screening & Evaluation

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess:
• Conducting Assesments via our in-house portal.
• Technical fit
• Cultural alignment
• Communication and intent
• Coordinate and structure interview processes with hiring managers

4. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring priorities
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, challenges, and closures
• Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

5. Offer Management & Closure

• Handle salary discussions, negotiation, and offer rollout
• Ensure smooth joining and pre-boarding experience
• Maintain strong follow-ups to reduce dropouts

  6. Data & Process Optimization

  • Track and maintain recruitment data (pipeline, TAT, conversion ratios)
  • Improve hiring processes and implement best practices
  • Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns

  Key Requirements
