• Identify the right candidates based on skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Proactively approach candidates and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions before sharing profiles with the hiring team.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process from sourcing to closure.
• Understand different hiring requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.

Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media and other platforms. Contact candidates, including passive candidates, and build a strong talent pool. Conduct initial calls, check skills and experience, and share suitable profiles with the hiring team. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process from sourcing to final selection.
