Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter for a 6-month contract in Gurugram, Haryana. The role covers end-to-end recruitment across business functions in a fast-paced environment, with a hybrid work model and 3 days in the office.

You will partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand needs, drive bulk hiring and walk-in drives, build candidate pipelines, and manage communications from sourcing to joining, ensuring an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• 1–5 years in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping abilities.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across business functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to attract and hire quality talent in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.


• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and priorities.


• Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.


• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


• Screen and assess candidates and present qualified talent to hiring managers.


• Drive bulk hiring initiatives and walk-in recruitment drives.


• Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, offer discussions, and joining follow-ups.


• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.


• Collaborate with recruiting teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient hiring outcomes.


• Track hiring progress and meet agreed turnaround times and hiring targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.


• 1 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.


• Strong experience in bulk hiring and managing walk-in drives.


• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.


• Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.


• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ATS tools, and sourcing platforms.


• Hands-on experience with Workday ATS/HRMS preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
