StoneX in Bangalore seeks a commercially minded Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will manage a diverse portfolio of hiring across technical and non-technical roles, partnering with global stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in enterprise/fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting across technology and corporate roles.
• Strong sourcing capability and niche technical hiring experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools or willingness to learn AI technologies.
• Experience partnering with global stakeholders across geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.
• Experience using ATS systems (Oracle, iCIMS).
• BFSI/FinTech experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines.

• Build and maintain external talent pipelines for niche roles and drive vendor collaborations.
• Provide TA metrics, reporting, and hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure strong candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards on salary benchmarking and offer negotiations.
• Support campus hiring initiatives and employer branding activities.
• Maintain data within ATS systems (Oracle / iCIMS).

Position Purpose

We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. This role will manage a diverse portfolio of hiring across both technical (Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, Product) and non-technical (Operations, Finance, Risk, Corporate Functions) roles.

You will partner closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong sourcing capability, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruitment delivery.

Primary duties will include

• Manage full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, post offer collaborations).
• Lead hiring in India and other global locations across both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring strong market mapping and talent pipelining.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and market intelligence tools.
• Build and maintain strong external talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Collaborate with external vendor agencies where required and manage performance against agreed SLAs.
• Provide regular TA metrics, reporting, and hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Partner with our Total Rewards team acquiring salary benchmarking and lead offer negotiation discussions.
• Support campus hiring initiatives, walk-in drives, and employer branding activities as required. When time permits.
• Maintain accurate data within ATS systems (Oracle / iCIMS preferred).

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

• 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within an enterprise or fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience recruiting across both technology and corporate/non-technical roles.
• Strong sourcing capability and experience hiring niche technical skillsets.
• Demonstrate experience utilizing AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and outcomes, or a strong aptitude and willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI technologies within a fast-paced business environment.
• Experience partnering with global stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational capability.
• Experience using ATS systems (Oracle, iCIMS or similar).
• Experience in BFSI / Financial Services / FinTech is advantageous.
