Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic TA specialist who is passionate about finding the right talent to meet the business requirements.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and candidate selection criteria
• Create job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Source potential candidates through online channels and job boards, such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com other professional networks and our Applicant Tracking System
• Screen sourced profiles and conduct telephonic interviews to shortlist
• Build talent pipeline and maintain recruitment database
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates and create offer letters as per company format
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Lead the campus recruitment drives to hire interns and Management Trainees

Role requirements:

• Experience working in talent acquisition
• Bachelors / MBA degree in human resources management or similar field
• Experience in government consulting / development sector preferred
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
• Working knowledge of Boolean operators with ability to obtain efficient search results on job boards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to handle critical situations
