Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the process from contact to offer.
• Create engaging job advertisements and advise on job descriptions.
• Maintain ATS, monitor pipelines, and provide recruitment reporting and analytics.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience with GDPR compliance and laws.

Your key responsibilities as an Talent Acquisition Specialist will include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies for open positions.
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
• Screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage.
• Creating engaging and inclusive job advertisements while providing guidance on job description improvements.
• Maintaining applicant tracking systems, monitoring recruitment pipelines, and providing recruitment reporting and analytics.
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining GDPR compliance and adherence to relevant employment legislation.
