Job summary

Right Advisors Private Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles from Faridabad. The role requires sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with clients and candidates to ensure timely closures.

You will maintain strong candidate pipelines, handle offers and onboarding, and meet recruitment targets within a fast-paced consultancy environment. 1-4 years of TA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Experience in consultancy or client-handling recruitment preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
