Job summary

Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for IT, Cloud, AI/ML, engineering, sales and corporate roles.

You will source, screen, coordinate interviews and close offers, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and a positive candidate experience. The role is onsite at Noida with exposure to multiple hiring priorities across technology and business functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience handling multiple and niche positions.
• Good understanding of IT and Sales hiring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle multiple requirements across IT, Cloud, AI/ML, Engineering, Sales and corporate functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback, negotiations and offer closures.
• Understand JDs and identify relevant talent based on technical and functional requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and candidate databases.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong end-to-end recruitment experience across IT, Cloud, Engineering, AI/ML, Sales, and corporate functions.
