• 1-4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Good communication, screening and negotiation skills.
• Experience in recruitment consultancy/client handling will be preferred.
• Ability to work with targets and multiple requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/Technical positions.

• Source profiles for Software Developer, Java, .NET, Python, React, Node.js, QA, DevOps, Data/Cloud roles.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial technical/HR discussions.
• Understand technical requirements and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers and recruitment pipelines.
• Work closely with clients/hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
