Teceze, a Chennai-based company, is seeking a Domestic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across India. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

This position requires 1–5 years of domestic recruitment experience, preferably IT recruitment, and familiarity with major job portals including Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of domestic recruitment experience.
• Experience in IT recruitment preferred.
• Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation and discuss employment terms with selected candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
• Meet recruitment targets and timelines for multiple open positions.
