Job summary

Network18 Media & Investments Limited in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Revenue, Tech, News, Digital, Production and Corporate functions. You will source candidates through portals, social networks, referrals and networking, coordinating interviews and keeping stakeholders informed.

You will partner with hiring managers to translate role requirements, manage recruitment data and headhunt using industry mapping.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is mandatory.
• Experience with job portals, referrals and headhunting.

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports & hands on exp in industry mapping/headhunting(Mandatory)

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 7–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with job portals and ATS and other Analytics courses
• Education qualification must be PGDM/MBA in HR field.
