Job summary

Torq Commodities is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse global roles from a Navi Mumbai base. You will design hiring strategies, build scalable pipelines, and partner with management to meet manpower needs across Sales, Finance, IT, Operations and Corporate Support.

The role requires 6–8 years post-MBA experience, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on ATS proficiency to drive a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
• 6 to 8 years of post-MBA experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in volume hiring and global recruitment.
• Proven exposure to hiring across multiple functions, including Sales, Finance, IT and Operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
