Job summary

Torq Commodities is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead hiring strategies and drive end-to-end recruitment across global functions. You will partner with business leaders to forecast manpower needs and build robust pipelines.

Based in Thane, you will collaborate with regional teams and optimize recruitment processes. The role requires 6-8 years post-MBA TA experience, strong stakeholder negotiation skills, and hands-on ATS usage to manage records and analytics.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
• 6-8 years of post-MBA experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in volume hiring and global recruitment.
• Exposure to hiring across Sales, Finance, IT and Operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
