Saraca Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage the complete lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding, sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portals, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

The role emphasizes maintaining databases, following up with candidates, negotiating salaries, ensuring timely closures, and building a strong talent pipeline, with regular reporting to management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined recruitment timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
