Job summary

Makeolix Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will source top talent through social media, job boards, referrals, and headhunting, screen resumes and engage candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders. Strong communication, 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, and a solid understanding of recruitment processes are essential

• Strong understanding of End-To-End Recruitment processes including sourcing, interview coordination, offer management etc.
• Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement throughout the recruitment cycle.
