The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in recruitment, along with strong skills in sourcing and stakeholder management. • 2–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially in headhunting.
• Experience managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies across digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
• Target-driven and detail-oriented approach toward recruitment delivery.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and offer management. The role involves driving strategic hiring initiatives, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Location – Noida
