The Role

You’ll be handling mandates within the Enterprise Suite, which requires you to manage a variety of diverse hiring requirements, come up with effective solutions, and close assignments.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to‑end recruitment across multiple roles and industries.
• Understand client requirements and identify the right talent for each opportunity.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through internal databases, job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.

• Build strong talent networks and deliver a positive client and candidate experience.
