Talent Acquisition Executive - IT Recruitment

Location: Noida Sector 90 (5.5 Days working -Onsite)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, with a primary focus on DevOps, AWS/Cloud, Software Development, and IT Operations roles, along with campus hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding and sourcing to onboarding.

Handle recruitment for technical positions across:

• DevOps & DevSecOps
• Software Development - Backend, Frontend, Full Stack
• IT Operations / System Administration
• Cloud Operations & Support
• Other technology and engineering roles as required.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions to assess candidates against technical and organizational requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer discussions, and joining follow-ups.
• Handle campus hiring activities, including college coordination, placement-cell communication, campus drives, screening, and selection.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, experience levels, skill sets, and hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates and MIS reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding, recruitment drives, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
