Job summary

Educare Solution in Noida, Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive (Non-IT) with about 6 months to 1+ year of experience to join our recruitment team in the EdTech sector. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and support the entire recruitment process for non-IT roles.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, utilize Naukri/Resdex and LinkedIn for sourcing, conduct initial HR screenings, and manage candidate pipelines to meet targets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1+ year in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Non-IT recruitment experience preferred.
• Hands-on sourcing via job portals (Naukri/Resdex) and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Conduct initial HR screening/interviews to evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Assist with offer rollout, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Meet recruitment targets and defined TAT/KPIs.
