Walkaroo International is seeking a recruitment professional in Coimbatore to manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The role involves handling bulk hiring and coordinating with hiring managers to meet timelines.

The ideal candidate should have 3–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or bulk hiring, with strong knowledge of job portals, social media recruitment, and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
• 3–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or bulk hiring.
• Good knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment platforms.
• Fluency in English mandatory; Hindi and South Indian languages an added advantage.
