The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting, strong stakeholder management, and a degree in HR, business, or engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Heavy EPC.
• Strong technical domain knowledge in engineering, project controls, HSE, and site construction.
• Proven track record in passive candidate pipelining for hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and offer negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for upstream, midstream, and downstream EPC projects.
• Hunt and engage passive, niche talent across specialized engineering disciplines (FEED through commissioning).
• Partner with project directors to forecast talent needs and align mobilization schedules.
• Manage structured assessments, rate benchmarking, and competitive offer negotiations.
• Ensure strict adherence to regional labor laws and global compliance standards.

Requirements

• Industry Experience (Mandatory): 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting strictly within Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Heavy EPC.
• Domain Expertise: Strong fluency in technical engineering disciplines, project controls, HSE, and site-based construction roles.
• Sourcing Skill: Proven track record in passive candidate pipelining for hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
