Job summary

Authentic Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced recruiter for EPC projects in Mumbai. You will source candidates through portals, manage multiple positions, and coordinate end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools to support projects across junior to leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring for EPC projects and understanding manpower needs.
• Experience in portal sourcing and candidate identification through multiple channels.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and prioritize hiring requirements.
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for EPC projects across junior to leadership roles.
• Source candidates via portals and other channels and build talent pools.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers and onboarding processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritize and fulfill headcount needs.
• Maintain candidate experience and timely communication throughout all stages.
• Handle positions across multiple levels and timelines simultaneously.
