Job summary

Oges Solution is seeking recruiters with experience in hiring for Manufacturing, EPC and Oil & Gas sectors to join our expanding team in India.

You will source candidates, screen and engage applicants, and coordinate interviews to close mandates across niche sectors. You will understand job requirements, build a strong candidate network, and work with senior consultants and clients to deliver top talent on time. Strong communication and deadline-driven talent are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing / EPC / Oil & Gas hiring preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple mandates and meet deadlines.
• A strong interest in building a career in recruitment.
