MMK is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with strong offshore EPC, Oil & Gas project recruitment experience. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and manpower planning for project-based hiring.

The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offer and joining processes while maintaining excellent communication with vendors and hiring managers.
