Talent Acquisition Specialist:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions across organization. The role requires close collaboration with technical SPOCS, hiring managers, multiple talent partners to attract, assess and onboard high-caliber talent in niche Aerospace technology domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition generation to onboarding.


• Constantly partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, technical competencies, and hiring priorities.


• Develop sourcing strategies for niche engineering positions.


• Build pipelines for critical skill areas across Aerospace technology, Manufacturing and Program functions.

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of engineering roles and job profiles.


• Ability to carry preliminary technical screening conversations for engineering technology roles.


• Expertise in sourcing and hiring niche technical talent.


• Experience in competency-based interviewing and talent assessment.


• Proficiency in Power BI, MS Office environment and recruitment analytics.


• Understanding of compensation structure, income tax and salary negotiation

Preferred Experience
