Job summary

Talent Destination Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist focused on Manufacturing, Automotive, and Aerospace sectors.

The ideal candidate understands technical requirements, sources niche talent, screens candidates, and coordinates interviews with clients and internal teams. You will build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, manage stakeholders, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closures for assignments across levels.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Engineering, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of technical and engineering recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing, Automotive, and Aerospace clients.
• Understand technical and functional job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Handle niche and hard-to-fill positions across engineering, technical, production, quality, R&D, maintenance, supply chain, and other functions.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, industry exposure, and organizational fit.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate technical/management interview rounds.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring priorities and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure successful closures.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment MIS.
• Develop strong candidate and client relationships to support repeat and ongoing hiring requirements.
