Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head - Talent Acquisition with 7-10 years of experience in aerospace hiring, specifically in avionics and manufacturing domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aerospace technologies and be adept at identifying and engaging top-tier engineering and manufacturing talent. A technical background or hands‑on knowledge of aerospace systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and manufacturing roles in the aerospace industry.
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for positions in avionics engineering, aerospace manufacturing, quality assurance, production, and R&D.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements and develop customized hiring strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, industry events, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial interviews and technical screenings to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiation processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in aerospace recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for avionics, aerospace manufacturing, and engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or a related technical field. A technical background is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of aerospace industry terminology, job functions, and required skill sets.
- Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
