Hireologist is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive in Bengaluru with 2–5 years of dedicated recruitment experience, preferably within the EdTech industry. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, active sourcing, headhunting, screening, and offer management in a fast-paced environment.

Note: This is a pure recruitment role with no HR operations, payroll, compliance, or employee engagement responsibilities.

• Talent Pipeline Management: maintain active and passive candidate pools for current and future needs.
• Offer Management: discuss compensation and close offers.
• Hiring Performance: monitor metrics and meet hiring targets.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 2–5 years of dedicated recruitment experience, preferably within the EdTech industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, active sourcing, headhunting, candidate screening, and offer management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong talent pipelines, and consistently meeting hiring targets.

This is a pure Talent Acquisition role, focused exclusively on recruitment and hiring. It does not include HR operations, payroll, compliance, or employee engagement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
• Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting: Identify and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, social media, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
• Tech & Non-Tech Hiring: Manage recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, based on business requirements.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, communication, and suitability for the role.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define hiring priorities, and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Offer Management: Discuss compensation expectations, negotiate offers, manage candidate concerns, and drive successful offer closures.
• Hiring Performance: Track recruitment metrics, manage multiple vacancies, and work towards achieving hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Market Research: Stay updated on EdTech hiring trends, talent availability, competitor hiring, and effective sourcing strategies.

Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Prior recruitment experience in an EdTech company is preferred/required, depending on the hiring criteria.
• Experience handling both technical and non-technical recruitment.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, headhunting, Boolean search, and passive candidate engagement.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver against time-bound hiring targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
