Job summary

MSH India in Kolkata seeks a target-driven Associate Talent Sourcing with 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment. The role covers end-to-end lifecycle management, candidate engagement, and technical screening to deliver quality profiles for US clients.

You will source via portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and more, while meeting aggressive targets in a fast-paced US shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
• Currently working on US IT recruitment requirements is preferred.
• Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a US shift and Kolkata residency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT sourcing.
• Source qualified IT professionals via job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates and assess against technical and experience needs.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and timely profile submissions.
• Communicate with candidates throughout recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and performance reports.
• Achieve individual sourcing, submission, interview, and closure targets.
• Stay updated on US IT hiring trends and market conditions.
• Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and stakeholders.

About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Associate Talent Sourcing with 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should be currently working in the US recruitment market, with strong expertise in sourcing, candidate engagement, technical screening, and recruitment delivery.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented US recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT Sourcing.
• Source qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates based on job specifications.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against technical and experience requirements.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely submission of qualified profiles.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offer processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly performance reports.
• Consistently achieve individual sourcing, submission, interview, and closure targets.
• Stay updated on US IT hiring trends, technologies, and talent market conditions.
• Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and internal stakeholders to meet hiring requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Currently working on US IT recruitment requirements is preferred.
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing and pipeline generation.
• Good understanding of US IT job roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
• Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST US shift.
• Candidate must be currently residing in Kolkata.

Good to Have

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in BCA, MCA, B.Tech – Computer Science/IT, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience recruiting for multiple US IT technologies and skill sets.
• Experience working with US staffing/recruitment firms or US-based clients.
