Job summary

Vedlogic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements, skill needs, and timelines. Required 2–4 years in IT recruitment with hands-on experience for developers, QA, DevOps, and support roles; strong sourcing via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendors;

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience hiring for developers, QA, DevOps, and support roles.
• Proficient with ATS/HRMS and salary benchmarking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and vendors.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews; coordinate technical/client interviews.
• Manage offers and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment data in ATS/HRMS.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Coordinate with external recruiters/vendors when needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and recruitment drives.

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and experience working with hiring managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and vendor partners
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skills, and timelines
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/client interviews
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain and update recruitment data in ATS/HRMS
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• Coordinate with external recruiters/vendors when required
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Hands-on experience hiring for technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Support, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with offer letters, salary bench-marking, and joining formalities
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Knowledge of ATS tools
