Job summary

Vegrow in Bengaluru is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead leadership and senior-level hiring across the organisation. You will drive sourcing, candidate engagement and end-to-end recruitment for critical business roles, collaborating with senior leaders to define profiles and timelines.

The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, market intelligence, and the ability to influence stakeholders. You will manage interview coordination, feedback, offers and onboarding, while tracking

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with exposure to senior or leadership hiring.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
• Strong candidate assessment, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Hiring: Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership positions, from requirement understanding to offer closure.
• Talent Mapping & Sourcing: Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and targeted headhunting.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates on role fit, experience, competencies, motivation, and compensation expectations.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct talent mapping, competitor benchmarking, and market research to identify relevant talent pools.
• Hiring Process Management: Manage interview coordination, feedback follow-ups, offer negotiations, and candidate engagement through closure.
• Hiring Metrics: Track recruitment progress, pipeline health, turnaround time, and offer-to-joining conversion.
