OUR CLIENT in Pune, India seeks an experienced Recruitment Leader to steer end-to-end talent acquisition across all levels, working with internal stakeholders and external RPO/consultant partners. The role emphasizes leadership hiring, sourcing strategy, and end-to-end process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in recruitment with at least 3+ years in a managerial capacity, experience in Automotive/Manufacturing/Engineering, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
• 3+ years in a lead/managerial capacity
• Experience in Automotive/Manufacturing/Engineering industry preferred
• Experience managing RPO relationships and external consultants/vendors
• Proven track record hiring across senior/leadership positions
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across all levels of the organization

• Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders
• Design and implement sourcing and hiring strategies
• Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio)
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools and vendor performance
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Collaborate with compensation/HR on offer structuring for senior/leadership hires

OUR CLIENT is a USA based MNC, Manufacturer of Automotive Components (Tier 1 Supplier) in Pune (Hinjewadi/PCMC)

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Leader to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for a leading US-based Automotive MNC. The role requires managing recruitment across all levels entry-level, functional, and senior/leadership positions while working closely with internal stakeholders and external RPO/consultant partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across all levels of the organization, including functional, senior, and leadership roles
• Manage and oversee delivery through RPO partners and external recruitment consultants/vendors, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely closures
• Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders — business heads, hiring managers, and HR teams — to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategy accordingly
• Design and implement effective sourcing and hiring strategies to meet business requirements
• Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, RPO/vendor performance, etc.)
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and vendor performance
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Collaborate with compensation/HR teams on offer structuring for senior and leadership hires

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 3+ years in a lead/managerial capacity
• Prior experience in Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering industry preferred
• Proven experience in managing RPO relationships and external recruitment consultants/vendors
• Demonstrated experience hiring across senior/leadership positions
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior business leaders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools/platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
• Experience in a large MNC or shared services/GCC environment
