Job summary

Axis Bank in Pune is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer (Offrole) to drive bulk hiring across the region and partner with hiring managers to fulfill business needs. You will own end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely updates to managers.

Ideal candidates will have HR Talent Acquisition experience, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication. Role includes sourcing via Naukri, social media, walk-ins, and placement drives; standard working hours apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR (Talent Acquisition) domain is required.
• Experience in bulk hiring is preferred.
• Interest to work in HR domain.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling bulk sales hiring across the Pune region.
• Working closely with hiring managers to fulfill the business team requirements.

• Taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment.
