Qualifications

• 6+ years of Non-IT recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in Leadership Hiring/Senior-Level Hiring.
• Exposure to Manufacturing and Automotive sectors OR experience in reputed RPO/Executive Search organizations handling similar mandates.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership and senior-level positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements.
• Build talent pipelines through market mapping, headhunting, networking, and strategic sourcing.
• Source and engage passive candidates across Manufacturing and Automotive industries.
• Conduct candidate assessments, screening interviews, and fitment evaluations. Drive stakeholder management and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate closures.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry talent trends and competitor mapping.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Meet hiring timelines and closure targets for business-critical mandates.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Specialist (Non-IT Recruiter) to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an Individual Contributor role focused on hiring leadership and senior-level talent across the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in executive search, stakeholder management, market mapping, and closing senior mandates. Candidates from Manufacturing, Automotive, or leading RPO/Executive Search firms with leadership hiring experience are encouraged to apply.

Must-Have Requirements

• Exposure to Manufacturing and Automotive sectors OR experience in reputed RPO/Executive Search organizations handling similar mandates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in sourcing and closing niche and leadership positions.
• Ability to independently drive recruitment mandates from sourcing to closure.
• Notice Period: Up to 30 Days.

Preferred Qualifications

• C-suite/ CXO hiring experience
• Strong expertise in executive search, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
• Prior experience managing CXO-1, CXO-2, Director, VP, Plant Head, Business Head, Engineering Head, Functional Leadership, or similar mandates.
