Uplers Solutions Private Limited. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment operations and HR analytics in Bengaluru. The role combines recruitment management with HR data insights to drive talent decisions.

You will oversee end-to-end hiring, dashboard MIS, and KPI tracking while collaborating with NBFC client stakeholders. The position is full-time and office-based, with a focus on data-driven talent management.

Qualifications

• Exposure to Recruitment, Talent Management, and HR Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience in dashboard preparation and MIS reporting.

Responsabilités

• Support field recruitment and hiring coordination.
• Release Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards.
• Track hiring metrics and prepare recruitment analysis reports.
• Identify recruitment gaps and drive closure support.
• Maintain HiPo employee database and manage HR analytics reports.
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS and analytics reports.
• Support talent reviews and succession planning initiatives.
• Generate workforce insights through data analysis.

Talent Acquisition Manager

Talent Acquisition (40%)

• Support field recruitment and hiring coordination.
• Release Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards.
• Track hiring metrics and prepare recruitment analysis reports.
• Identify recruitment gaps and drive closure support.

Talent Management & HR Analytics (60%)

• Maintain High Potential (HiPo) employee database.
• Manage KRA/KPI records and tracking.
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and analytics reports.
• Support talent review, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Generate workforce insights and recommendations through data analysis.

Desired Profile
