Qualifications

• 7+ years of total experience in talent acquisition with experience managing RPO accounts or enterprise recruiting programs.
• Strong expertise in client handling, stakeholder management, and data dashboard analytics (MIS/ATS systems).
• Excellent problem-solving, team coaching, and process compliance abilities.
