The role emphasizes continuous improvement of ATS usage, adoption of sourcing technologies, and regular delivery of data dashboards and talent insights to client executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years in talent acquisition with experience managing RPO or enterprise programs.
• Strong client handling, stakeholder management, and data dashboard analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving, team coaching, and process compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing governance and reviews.
• Lead hybrid or offshore recruiter teams and oversee workload and performance.

Role & responsibilities :

• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, governance standards, and strategic reviews.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise hybrid or offshore recruiter teams, handling daily workload distribution and performance tracking.
• Delivery & SLA Tracking: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to meet or exceed agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality metrics.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimization, and adoption of sourcing technologies.
• Market Intelligence: Present data dashboards, talent trends, and reporting metrics to client executives.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of total experience in talent acquisition, with proven operational experience managing RPO accounts or enterprise recruiting programs.
• Skills: Strong expertise in client handling, stakeholder management, and data dashboard analytics (MIS/ATS systems).
