Job summary

PeopleLogic is seeking a Sr. TA Partner for NON IT manufacturing hiring to lead end-to-end recruitment in an RPO environment. This role requires sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple mandates while ensuring timely delivery against targets.

You will manage stakeholder communications, build a robust talent pipeline, and maintain recruitment trackers and SLAs, delivering an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment in an RPO setup.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing hiring.
• Experience in managing multiple clients and high-volume hiring.
• Proficient in sourcing through portals, LinkedIn, social media and referrals.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
