Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store in India seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage client stakeholders, govern recruitment programs, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

You will mentor hybrid or offshore recruiter teams, optimize ATS adoption, track SLAs, and present dashboards and market insights to client executives to ensure delivery excellence and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 7+ years of total experience in talent acquisition with proven experience managing RPO accounts or enterprise recruiting programs.
• Strong expertise in client handling, stakeholder management, and data dashboard analytics (MIS/ATS systems).
• Excellent problem-solving, team coaching, and process compliance abilities
